Shipping & Returns Policy

Due to the wide variety of items, you can find on glile.com and the way of production and storage, our shipping and return policy differs for every kind of items.


Shipping

 

  • We will ship the package within 1-2 business days ( in stock items) after the payment has cleared.
  • Items which will manufactured after your order, are shipped immediately after their manufacture. It will take a few days
  • Most of our products are shipped internationally.
  • Some of them are only shipped to specific countries.
  • Most of our items are Free Shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for using the incorrect address.
  • We recommend that you provide contact number (mobile phone number) as well when you have made the purchase.
  • If you are charged by your country's Customs, you are responsible for the duty and the related Customs cost.
  • Warehouses are located in Europe, USA and Australia. When you order, two or more kinds of products, you may receive them with a few days difference. We always try to send all the items together.
We thank you for your understanding on international shipping. We ship the item quickly but the overseas shipping will be affected by many factors such as Customs processing, Post strike etc.

Special Cases: a) Products with "Product ID" between SWMA#01 and SWMA#306. Are made according your desires and shipped within 3 - 4 weeks.

A $25 3-5 business day rush processing fee is available for selection for each product. This will place your order in front of all other orders.

We do not do refunds but are more than happy to do exchanges. All sale items and One of a kind items are final sales. Exchanges will not be accepted for these items.
Item must be returned within 30 days in new and unused/not worn condition with all tags still attached. We will be happy to replace your item with the corrected size or exchange for another style you may prefer better within the same price range. When returning an item, please include a note stating your needs, along with the item to be exchanged.

Please send it via: UPS or insured US Postal Service to insure proper handling.


b) Products with "Product ID" between ON#420 and ON#993

If you want express shipping please select one of the two, "i can't wait" ,options.

Every piece of these jewellery is designed to meet your exact requirements. Normally we cannot sold these items, if returned.

You can return new, unopened jewelry within 90 days of delivery. Please note that there will be a 30% restocking fee on all items.


c) Products with "Product ID" between BT#445 and BT#556

All return items must be in resalable condition including original packaging, ribbon, and cardboard. There will be a 10% charge of your product price for re-stocking if any accessory is missing.

Anything which is wrapped in vacuum compression bag, it can NOT be returned once the vacuum compression bag has been torn off.

If the item you want to return has been purchased over one month, there will be a 25% charge of your product price for the late return.


Returns

 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers have to pay all shipping costs for the returning.
  • In order for a refund to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unused free of dirty, dust and any fragrances.
  • Items that are not in excellent condition will be returned back to the customer.
  • If you make a change/exchange to an item with free shipping, all new/additional shipping costs are your responsibility.
